Video card= xfx 7900gs
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6814150183

RAM= Crucial Ballistix 2GB
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6820146565

My usage is 95% gaming

Amazing what you can get for $500 these days, nice!

Maybe a $185 E6550 instead of the $117 E4300 and
a $90 GA-P35-S3L instead of the $130 GA-P35-DS3R? TBH I don't know, I like the DS3R.

Do you intend to overclock? You'd need another $50 or so for a heatsink, but it would be worth it IMO.

Thanks for the replys. I do plan to overclock a little but not a ton. I like the idea of the better board because I dont want to have to replace it anytime soon but the cpu I dont mind swaping in a few months. As for the price the mobo, ram, and video card come out to $435.11 on newegg and the cpu is $119.50 on zipzoomfly (free shipping :D ) $554.61-$85 in rebates is $469.61. Please say I did not forget something...if I did then my bad.

Just to let you know, I have an e4300 and I've overclocked it to 2.4 Ghz (266 FSB) without having to raise the voltage, on stock cooling, and it's rock solid. If that's your idea of a mild overclock, you won't need to bother with fancy cooling.
