Thanks for the replys. I do plan to overclock a little but not a ton. I like the idea of the better board because I dont want to have to replace it anytime soon but the cpu I dont mind swaping in a few months. As for the price the mobo, ram, and video card come out to $435.11 on newegg and the cpu is $119.50 on zipzoomfly (free shipping 
) $554.61-$85 in rebates is $469.61. Please say I did not forget something...if I did then my bad.
