Thanks for the replys. I do plan to overclock a little but not a ton. I like the idea of the better board because I dont want to have to replace it anytime soon but the cpu I dont mind swaping in a few months. As for the price the mobo, ram, and video card come out to $435.11 on newegg and the cpu is $119.50 on zipzoomfly (free shipping ) $554.61-$85 in rebates is $469.61. Please say I did not forget something...if I did then my bad.
Just to let you know, I have an e4300 and I've overclocked it to 2.4 Ghz (266 FSB) without having to raise the voltage, on stock cooling, and it's rock solid. If that's your idea of a mild overclock, you won't need to bother with fancy cooling.
