Hello GOT COMPUTER FROM DECEASED IN-LAW. HOW TO TAKE HER OUT! MAKE MYSELF ADMINISTRATOR.

Please try not to use all capitals in your post, makes you look very angry.

Create a new Acccount in control Panel and make it an Administrator Account. Log off and log in with new admin account and delete the old account through control panel > users and computers
