I am looking for an All in one equipment that has a router for cable, access point for wireless access, and wired lan ports. I would be using it for all purpose: cable router (firewall), wired network, and wireless access point. Also possibly looking for just 802.11b standard or something compatabile with it. I was wondering what is the best thing I can get for around $60.

I would go with D-link. I have D-Link for a few month now and never have any problem

I purchased the Netgear MR814v2 from Newegg back in November 2003 to replace my disconnection Linksys BEFSR41 router. Since the initial install I have had ZERO disconnections from the Internet, the router setup is easy to configure and has quick help on the right side of the screen. It has numerous features in the setup.

I LOVE this router.

If you are looking for a faster version of the MR814 there is a 54mbps version for not much more listed on newegg's website.
