Help - cannot get out of safe mode prompt screen

Do you have a windows disc?

have you Installed or updated something lately? Such as Video driver,Anti-virus, Internet Security, Anti-spyware
anyhow If you have a win XP CD just Boot from cd go past screen asking you if you want to
repair one of the screens later on accross
the bottom detects your current version and asks if you want
to repair it hit "R" and it should repair your xp without losing
your pics and apps,you will need however a product code
