ram timings running high?

I have a Q6600 running at 3.0ghz with 1.31 vcore. I go into cpu-z and it says my ram is running at 500mhz.. shouldnt the be running at 333mhz? I have supertalent 800 ram. It also says FSBRM = 2:3 what does that mean? I dont want to destroy my memory in a week lol any help appreciated.

that means that your rams are running faster than your cpu which is good considering your cpu is quite slow...

how is my computer running slow at 3.0ghz exactly? 600mhz increase with 1.31 vcore isnt bad is it? I was running 2.7ghz with 1.23v.
