have both the Crosshair and Antec TP 550. Along with a BFG 8800GTS and 4 WD 320 HDDs. Had to return the PSU because 3 weeks after start up the monitor would not light up. Changing out the PSU with a same wattage everything powered up OK. RMAd the PSU and recd a replacement 5 weeks ago. Everything is running OK, but seriously thinking about upgrading to a 600+ because of the 4 HDDS.

That's pretty much everything.
Ok. With that list, the Antec 550wt psu should provide plenty of power. Only other suggestion is to compare the Antec with a Seasonic, Enermax, or Thermaltake and see which gives the most amps on the 12V rail and which costs the least. But basically, 550wt should do it.
