Please excuse my English, its my second language. Here goes:
My budget is $900 and I'll be doing 50% gaming, a lot of overclocking, a bit of multitasking and others that I can't think of right now.

Motherboard

GIGABYTE GA-P35-DQ6 LGA 775 Intel P35 ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail - $228.99
Which after market hsf can fit this board? I look at the board and the heat pipe is in the way.

Heatsink

ZALMAN CNPS9500 LED 92mm 2 Ball Cooling Fan with Heatsink - Retail - I have this for a while but I don't know if this going to fit.

Processor

Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 Kentsfield 2.4GHz LGA 775 Processor Model BX80562Q6600 - Retail - $375

Memory

G.SKILL 2GB 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)Desktop Memory Model F2-6400CL5S-2GBPQ - Retail - $130

Case

I will be using my old case
Thermaltake SHARK VA7000BWA Black Aluminum ATX Full Tower Computer Case

Power Supply
Antec NeoPower 480W
I'll use my old one but might need to upgrade this. If so, which one should I get?

Graphic Card

ATI Radeon X800
My old graphic card so which graphic card should I get?

Hard Drive
Seagate 7200RMP SATA 3.0 320GB
I have this for a while.

Any advice or tip would be appreciate. Thanks for your time.

Go for a GA-P35-DS3R instead of that mobo. Get the Q6600 from some place else selling it at acceptable prices (maybe clubit or zipzoomfly), as far as graphics card comes it's a no brainer, go for the 8800GTS 320MB. Finally the PSU, I use the Antec NeoHE 500 for my build (it has a GTS), so just either step up to an Antec NeoHE 500 or 550W for this build and you'll be flying.
