core temp .95 INSTALLATION PROB

hello guys, im having problem in installing core temp .95.i was thinking of monitoring my temp on this applicatn, but everytime i open core temp .94 my system restarts. i tired downloading from other source, but same result follows(system restart). actually i already have orthos, rmclock,TAT,speedfan, among these application it is only in speedfan where i can view Tcase(temp x=temp 1, temp 2, temp 3) n i want to compare this reding preferably with core temp .95 as suggested by most being accurate in reading. your suggestions and comments will be highly appreciated. What version of windows are you running? I cant install it also and im running vista 64bit.

XP SP2. now i tried the SP 3 integrated, but yielded same result..if you are experiencing the same problem maybe it has sometihing to do with the exe file of Core Temp .95 we are using.Any other with same problem and able to shoot it pls shed light?tnx
