Go for a GA-P35-DS3R not the 965P. And is it just me or are you doing an audio-based build without a sound card? I'm not really picky when it comes to sound (happy with onboard), but I thought the sound-crazed crowd really needed to drop the big bucks on sound cards and speakers.

Correct me if im wrong though, I've never really been interested in sound-centered builds, only gaming ones.

EDIT: And this ram instead

G.SKILL 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Retail

Other than that, I can't really be of much help (But someone do shed some light on me, Im always open to learn new things, such as this audio build thing)
