Hi,

I was just looking at the charts for HDs and the 400 gb ST3400620AS appears to be quite good for the price. On ebuyer.com I found a 500 gb ST3500630AS that is 10 pounds cheaper and I was just wondering what the drop in performance would be if any at all / what the differences are and which HD you would recommend.

Thanks for the help!

Nicky

Jumping on Seagate site and doing a quick search reveals that they are both the same product just the next size up.

Logic would have me think that the 500 is a much better buy as its bigger and cheaper, while all other specs are exactly the same.
