Whenever I try to get into the User Accounts section of my Windows XP, I get the following error:

"Can't move focus to the control because it is invisible, not enabled, or of a type that does not accept the focus"

I have absolutely no idea what it means, or how to go about fixing it. The account is Administrator, and I have used WindowBlinds with it in the past. I don't even know if WindowBlinds has anything to do with the problem, but it didn't start until around the point that I was using it. But it is uninstalled now, and I still get the error.

There is another account on the computer, it is my sisters, and it can access the User Accounts section just fine... but it is not an Administrator account so it isn't much help for me.

I would try reinstalling the computer, but the CD is lost, and it is probably scratched to pieces anyway.

If someone could please help me, I'd appreciate it, immensely.
