Is nTune the best for nVidia 7900GS overclock?

I'm new to overclocking in general, so I decided that overclocking the VGA would be the easiest way to start. My setup is as follows:

Foxconn 7900GS-OC
AMD Athlon X2 6000+ Windsor 3.0GHz
Crucial Ballistix 2GB dual channel kit (DDR2 800)
Gigabyte GA-M61P-S3 nVidia 6100/nForce430
Corsair 520hx PSU

I was wondering what programs I should use to overclock the VGA, or even my system. I wasn't sure if my mobo is supported by ntunes? Also, what kind of overclock settings can I get with stock cooling? Any help is appreciated, thanks!!
