4x512 memory or 2x1Gb memory for better OC?

I was about to build a system with moderate OC capability to do some video editing. I saw that 2Gb DIMMs couldnt OC as well as 1Gb DIMMs. So would 512k DIMMs be even better OCers? I could buy 4x512k or 2x1Gb. Any thoughts?

ASUS P5k Deluxe
Intel Q6600
Mushkin eXtreme 2x1Gb 6400 memory
