Which CPU/GPU/MOBO?

I'm building my first computer and have everything chosen except the combination of cpu, mobo, and video card. I would like to spend ~$500 and these items combined. My first priority is gaming but i would also like to record and watch tv/movies as well as have an overall fast computer. I've never oc'd so I might do that a little but not much (i especially want a very stable system). I have brought my choices down to:

Intel e6750, abit ip35-e, and a Radeon X1950XT 256mb
or
Intel e4500, abit ip35-e, and a 8800gts 320
or
AMD 6000+(?), some motherboard (~$100), and a 8800gts 320

my motherboard choice is not definite so if you have a reliable recommendation please help. well, thanks to all in advance.

If you're mainly gaming then combo 2 or 3 would suit you better than combo 1.

I'd go for:

EVGA 8800GTS 320 OC: $270 after MIR.
Gigabyte P35-DS3R: $130
Intel C2D E4400: $126 (or whatever Intel CPU you can afford).
