I posted a write up of the problem I am having here:

The short of it:

Bios lost the hard drives in RAID mode and only sees them in IDE mode... I try to reinstall windows and have the same problem... Windows installer sees them in IDE mode but not RAID mode... Even though the RAID controller sees all 3 hard drives flawlessly.

Any / all help is welcome.
