Just put together E6750 G0 stepping,
Asus P5KC mobo,
2gb Crucial Ballistix DDR2 800 Cas 4,
XFX 8800 GTS XXX

I have Tat, Speedfan 4.3 and Orthos.

Just need some simple instructions on what to do to reach 3.0-3.2 ghz with stock CPU heatsink and Fan. I do not want to oc the memory or grafix, just the CPU.
Could anyone give me detailed instructions on what to turn off and or on in Bios, latest version P5kc rev. 0701.

I see how tat can run both cores same time 100% also, how long must this run to get first test results, how long do I run this after also to make sure system will stay stable? i figure both cores at 100% for a set period of time.
Currently Idle shows Core 0 at 14c and core 1 at 19c.
Help would be greatly appreciated.....

Go into your motherboards bios, look for the advanced section then go to jumperfree configuration i think, then look on the list for the CPU frequency it should say default or 333. increase it up to 400 and boom u have got 3.2GHZ.

Dont worry about the v.core or anything like that the E6750 is pretty stable for overclocking to this speed with default voltages.

To test use Orthos for about and hour or 2. http://sp2004.fre3.com/beta/beta2.htm

If u wanna learn more about this stuff tho ckeck out this

turn of C1E ya, cant remember what the tm option does tho. U can run ur ram at 800 44412 np, mine is doign that atm with a 3.2 clock. Just make sure to keep ur ram multiplier to 2x or it will overclock it automatically to like 900 when u increase ur fsb to 400.

1600fsb is the sweet spot - check the auto settings on voltage under load with the asus probe
reset the voltages to those settings - fixed
Vcore is 1.38

run the memory at 2-2.1v most good ddr2 runs at those volts
