How do i know how good my pc is ?

Hello, I am wondering how strong my pc is. I'm wondering this because i can't play medieval 2 total war. I don't know why i cant play it.. I've been able to play it but now i cant play it. The screen turns black when i start it and then nothing happens.. Any ideas?

Are you able to provide information about your PC like the components such as Graphics Card, Memory, Motherboard and RAM at all?
