Ok, The problem: I had an ISO program, and did a disk defrag. After analaysis, it said there where two errors. Apon restart. The computer went into a Boot loop. I tried to reinstall windows vista home basic (its all I have). But it just didnt progress once it reach "Completing installation". It just sits on it for 30 minutes + or even hours.

I asked a fellow computer know how friend. And he said the hard drive could be the problem. So I bought a Samsung 1TB SATA II drive. And it did the same unpon installing windows. Just sits on "Completing intallation". How long does it normally take? Or is there an underlying problem? I have tried two different disc's. Its becoming slightly agrravating.

Thank you for your time!
