Alright, I just bought some new RAM for my aging system.

Since I am planning to upgrade my motherboard and CPU within 4-5 months I decided to get RAM that would match the system I plan on eventually getting.

I ended up getting 2 Gigs of DDR2 PC8500 (1066).
My motherboard only supports PC4200 (533), so I am severely underclocking my RAM.

Does this allow for me to tighten the timing on the RAM, or should I just leave it at 4-4-4-12 (default for 533)?

Any suggestions on how aggressive I should be?

With that much difference in your ram vs cpu, as long as you are running 1:1 fsb ratios, running the memory at 533, you could probably get timings as tight at 3-3-3-9.
