Agree for 101% with Maziar on Quad. You also might want to consider the fact that Valve,UT3,Remedy and Crytek all promise to have a full support for Quad in near future.

- Consider Crucial's tracers for RAM, just a more reliable brand.
- Consider dropping harddrives and getting a good 400GB harddrive instead. Good alternative will be investment in a GTX or a GTS 640MB with X-fi soundcard.
- PSU is an overkill but if you wish to feel really safe

PSU selection is wonderful. Anything lower and you severely limit your future upgrades. I agree with his hard drive statement. For RAM, something cheaper would be fine. Here is some wonderful RAM for $40 less (money for GTX)http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820211174
