P35C-DS3R + E6850 (help)

I am learning to overclock my pc, i have never done it before and im looking for the simplest and safest way to get my cpu to around 3.4-3.6ghz

If theres anybody that can help, i would be most greatfull. I have also read the HOW TO OVERCLOCK GUIDE: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/240001-29-howto-overc...


but im looking for people with similar systems to mines with detailed help.

here are my system specs:

CPU: E6850
GPU: XFX NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS 320MB DDR3 XXX Version
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-P35C-DS3R
RAM: 2048MB Corsair Dominator PC8500 RAM: TWIN2X2048-8500C5D
Hard Drives : 2 Western Digital 320Gigs (raid 0) WD3200AAKS
PSU: 620W CORSAIR CMPSU-620HX
CPU Cooling: ZALMAN CNPS 9700 NT
