Need help picking mobo! take a look at my build please

I already have most of the parts for my build (it's my first build ever)

Intel E6550
DDR2-1066 ram
Geforce 7900GS
WD 500GB HD
Arctic 7 cooler
Antec P180 case

for PSU i'm considering the Antec Earthwatts 500w ($45 AR)

anyway, I want to OC my processor's FSB to ~450mhz. The problem is, there are quite a few mobos out there that support 1333/1066mhz that can OC well. I want to spend around $100. maybe a little more. I've considered the Gigabyte P35-DS3R(kinda pricey ~$130) and the P35-S3L (~$93)

Any suggestions are welcome (for mobo and PSU).

I'm no OC expert at all, but going to a 450MHz FSB sounds high enough that you might need a better cooler. Just a thought.

if you don't need RAID then the P35-S3 or DS3 & abit's IP35-E should be ~$100.
If you can go a liitle more ($120 ar @ mwave) the IP35 has both ICH9R & firewire.
