MSI P35 Platinum or Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3P?

Hello. I want to know what´s motherboard is the better choice for my Intel Core2Duo E6750.

MSI P35 Platinum or Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3P?

I'm in the same boat I was also contemplating the GIGABYTE GA-P35-DS3R and the other 2 boards you mentioned.

I'm leaning more twards the 2 you are wondering about though and a was getting the same proc. Anyone have any comments of this please.

Just finished a build with the MSI P35 Platinum with great success. All went very smoothly and would recommend this board. Just a couple of nuances, in addition to the standard power connectors, this board has an additional molex connection. Also, the board I received had a bios version of 1.0. Highly recommend this be upgraded to at least 1.1 (available on the web site). The newest bios ver. is 1.3 but I haven't updated as yet.

I have a GA-P35C-DSR3, I really like it and I recommend it as well. I haven't had any issues at all with it (Version F2, 05/21/2007), I also considered the Platnium but in hindsight it's more than I really needed, this board is working great for me and OC's very well, the heatsink on the NB doesn't ever get very hot with a Q6600 @ 3Ghz. If you don't want to spend as much I'd go with this board.

Most of the time this comes to personal preferance.
I dont like MSI anymore (bad experiances)
IMO go with the GIGA
