I've just made my new computer, running with a AMD Phenom x4 965, wen i start up my pc it says "cpu fan error" but it's running perfect, could this be a problem?

Solution
I think you might have the fan plugged into the wrong connector on the motherboard. The fan should usually go into the 4-pin connector labeled cpu1. If that is the case, I am not entirely sure why you would be getting that message, but the main thing is the temperatures. As long as you idle at that 30 celcius mark you are at and have load temps no higher than mid-60's you are just fine.
