The question is: I'm building a Q6600, Gigabyte DS3R, 2GB CORSAIR 800MHZ, Hard drive: WD 400GB, and an ATI x1950PRO / 8600 GTS. The power supply comes with an ARCTIC COOLING CASE (T5 Pro), and it has 500W and an efficiency of over 80%. Will this be enough for my sistem? Or should I get a more powerful source? I don't plan overclocking.

Firstly do your system spec in this psu calculator.

If it is a quality brand of psu then you could get away with it but to be on the safe side id suggest you get a decent well established psu. atleast 600-700w.
