looking for a motherboard, but not sure what one to go for

i prefer asus board, been using them for a while now and don't have any problems with them.

want to upgrade to a Intel Core 2 Duo E6850 1333MHz FSB. going to continue to use my current graphics card which is a EAX1800XT (asus) so i'll just be buying a new motherboard/RAM/CPU.

haven't decided on ram yet but will sort this out after i've look for a mobo.

had a look at this one
Asus P5N32-E SLI NF680i SLI

but are there any better ones out there that would suit me more?

cheers for your help!

That motherboard u mentioned is great ,
other recommandations are :

A)if u want SLI , but something cheaper ,
ASUS P5N-E SLI , its 650i

B) If u dont need sli , then u can choose P35 ,
1_If u want only ddr2 , then get asus p5k
2_if u want both ddr2 and ddr3 , then get asus p5kc

all of the boards i mentioned and including your's will support next gen 45nm cpu's(penryn) :
