It's personal preference. Here is a side by side comparison from the horses mouth. Click the link and then scroll down.

GIGABYTE - Product - Motherboard - Comparison Sheet
www.gigabyte.us/Products/Motherboard/Products_ComparisonSheet.aspx?Product ID=2506,2515

Edit: bad link. Use the link and drill down to the MBs you want to compare.

Here is a comparison sheet:

url=http://www.gigabyte.us/Products/Motherboard/Products_ComparisonShe et.a spx?ProductID=2506,2515

The difference is in the PCI Express ports 2 or 1. eSata and Firewire.
I would go with the GA-P35-DS3P.

Your link is broken as well. I really would like it if a link could be posted that would not have to be checked and dicked with for 15 minutes to make it work!!!!!

Scythe S-FLEX SFF21F 120MM Cooling Fan 1600RPM 28.0DBA 63.7CFM FDB
or
Rexus NMB-MAT (Panaflo) 120mm Case Fan -Bearing Type Hydro Wave
RPM 2705 RPM ( Ultra Hi speed )
Air Flow 114.7 CFM
Noise Level 45.5 dBA

eventhog i getting thermalright 120 extreme heatsink i need good fan.

Scythe S-FLEX SFF21F 120MM Cooling Fan 1600RPM 28.0DBA 63.7CFM FDB
or
Rexus NMB-MAT (Panaflo) 120mm Case Fan -Bearing Type Hydro Wave
RPM 2705 RPM ( Ultra Hi speed )
Air Flow 114.7 CFM
Noise Level 45.5 dBA

Rexus is better then scythe s flex i assume looking at air flow 114.7 i dont care about noise.

I wasn't blaming you, my link was broken also. I went back and tried to fix it, which has worked on occasion in the past, but it would not post properly. This post was for the moderators or anyone else that can fix the problem with the forums, it is extremely frustrating.

I guess I should have added "by the poster" Let me quote this again so that it may be clearer for the moderators et al.

I'm all for being patient about getting all of the bugs worked out with the new software but this is very very irritating.

I got the S-FLEX. Understand the MB CPU fan header is a 4 pin. If you want the board to control the fan speed you will need to get a 4 pin fan (PWM is on 4th pin). With a three pin fan it will run at full speed, so take that into consideration when choosing the max RPM and db.
