I have seagate 500gb 7200.10 (ST3500630AS) Hard drive its works fine but it make to much noise while loading something file,program, I ran seatool it passed all the test though no problem.
Another problem I Maxtor 6L300RO (300GB) IDE hard drive there is nothing with this hard drive but I can't see smart information about this hd for some reason.

The Seagate is known for being a bit on the noisy side, but your case can play a bit part on amplifying the noise (is it aluminum?). It's a first generation perpendicular drive, so I'm not too surprised.

Concerning the Maxtor, is it in the same computer? You may want to check the BIOS, make sure SMART monitoring is turned on for that drive.
