HELP! What Speed am I Running at?! WEIRD!

Hey, I just built a new Quad Core build and when I overclock and in the BIOS then boot into WinXP and check my new CPU speed, I get different results from four different sources! CPU-Z says one thing (2136Mhz), My Computer properties says another speed (3200), Intel's own processor ID utility says another (2490) and the Asus mobo utility says another (2136)! WTH? I notice that they show different multipliers and when I open Everest Home edition to look at my CPU info, the multiplier and FSB bounce around between two different numbers every few seconds.
