ram upgrade for msi rd480 neo 2

i have a msi rd480 neo2 mb and want to upgrade the ram. msi says i need dual channel ddr 400/ 184 pin DIMM.
i cant find a comparison chart for price or performance. i'm also wondering if i can use any speed or type upgrades. i'm no guru so feel free to explain things like i might not understand. any links or opinions would be helpful. (ill be getting 1-2 gb and will remove old ram instead of adding to it if i need to.)

Any decent brand PC3200 cas3 will be fine. If you want to replace the existing ram then you could get lower cas latency stuff, but the performance difference would be negligable really. Crucial and Corsair have the best compatibility, but the latter is most expensive. Which country are you in so I can provide relevant links?
