Auto opener script?

hello, i was wondering if it would be possible to make something (Batch file?) that when i click on it (desktop icon) it will open up multiple programs of my choosing.

i just thought it would be a cool little shortcut for example gaming, i could click it and it would open up my game, benchmarking software, screen recorder, ps3 controller driver interface, network sniffer.. everything i normally sit there and open up one after the other when i want to game.
