q6600 build - what mobo?

Im building a pc for a friend but all I've ever built is AMD

anyway.. he is looking at a q6600 and I was wondering what you recommend for a mother board?? I've always been happy with Asus, but Im unsure which is the best. This will be for work only.. no games. He will be using a program called dididesign pro tools 7.3, it has something to do with music.
