Best VGA air cooling for x1900xt?

I basically want my video card to run cooler and quieter than the stock heatsink.
I'm looking between these:

I used a Zalman vf700Cu on a 7600GT, and it was inaudible above other fans in my case, even on the 12v setting. The vf900 should be similar.
The Thermalright takes a lot of space, and you need good case airflow.
The Accelero looks louder than it might be, but I don't think I'd choose one.

I should have said it before, but I have an Antec 900 with all the fans running, save for the middle front one.
I think I have good cooling.
