What is key 02 on dell laptop?

i need help ? my laptop was spilled by coffee and now error # 0210: stuck key 02 .How can i fix it ?

As with respect to the Error:

it indicates that this key is sticking down especially if the coffee has a lot Of sugar

Some times blowing out and cleaning out around the keys will resolve this problem.
