I have the following:
Intel Quad Q6600 @ 2.4GHZ
2 SLI Ready DDR2 RAM - 2 GB (1GB x 2)
evga 8800 GTS 320MB
Kingwin ABT-600CW Power supply (600@) - 2 +12 rails each @ 20A

I am using the Asus Probe that came with my Asus Striker Extreme and I am getting a +12V reading of around 11.71V. Isn't this NOT good? What do you think?

I get about the same reading in BIOS.

Please let me know...there is no problem with the PS and everything seems to be running perfectly.

Thanks in advance.

No it's fine. There is about a +- 5% margin on PSUs. As long as it doesn't drop below 11.5v I would say you are fine.

Oh, ok. Thanks for the reply lostandwandering. I appreciate it!

The lowest I have seen it go was 11.65v on the +12V.

I thought it might not be good cause when I am reading reviews and benchmarks, they are usually tight about this sort of thing.

If anyone else wants to comment, please do so.

Thanks again!

I took these readings from my Asus PC Probe Program that came with my ASUS Striker Extreme.

+3.3---->3.25 V
+5.0---->5.00 V
+12----->11.65 V
1.2VHT----->1.25 V
SBCORE---->1.52 V
CPUVTT---->1.25 V
DDR2 TERM->0.94 V
NB CORE--->1.23 V
MEMORY--->1.87 V

Here is a summary of the parts in my new "rig":
MOBO: Asus Striker Extreme
CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 @2.4GHz (w/ stock cooling)
MEM: 2x 1 GB OCZ DDR2 Dual Channel 1066Mhz (running @ 800Mhz)
PSU: KingWin 600W ABT 600CW (Modular)
VID: PCI Express eVGA 8800GTS 320MB
HSs: 2x SATA 300GB

Do they sound good to you guys? Is there anything I should be concerned about?
