Is it possible to push the FSB to 400mhz with Q6600 to match with the 800mhz RAM modules?
From 266mhz to 400mhz? Isn't it quite a big step for Qcore CPU?

Can this kind of OC work stable 24-7 with this setup? Recommend me a better parts if you think it won't hold.

FSB: 233 ---> 400
Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3R (or DS4)
Intel Q6600
Corsair XMS2-6400 TWIN2X2048-6400 4-4-4-12 Xtreme 800MHz
(A question I've been asking around without getting answer: Is 1600mhz on the RAM module considered as 'safe' ?

Why would you be running 1600mhz on the ram module? Set it to 1:1 and at 400mhz fsb your ram will be running at 800mhz, exactly its stock speed.
And to your other question, yes many people have gotten over 3.6 on their systems, whether your cooling can handle it is a different story.

800Mhz speed on DDR2 is an effective 1600Mhz

333Mhz FSB = 1333Mhz effective FSB
400Mhz FSB = 1600Mhz effective FSB

Says so in your BIOS/CPU-Z
