Boot from the Recovery CD.

Check documentation that came with your PC. There must be either:

1. A Recovery CD that came with your PC.
2. A hidden partition on the hard drive which contains Windows for the purposes of a fresh re-install. Can typically be accessed (if it is there) during boot up...
