How to recover picture after system restore

Note: This is a somewhat technical program and I have no idea what your skill level is but it worked great for me.

I think there are some programs designed specifically to retrieve pictures which may be more user friendly but I cannot vouch for them.

As long as those deleted pictures are not fully overwritten even if you have performed system restore, it's highly possible to get them back. I think you may give some picture recovery software a try. try this program called Wondershare Photo Recovery. this picture program can deep scan and recover photos, videos and music. Once found, they are easily recovered without doing harm to the original pictures. And the free trial version supports thumbnail preview.
