Going to build a new system. I'm going to go with one of theses motherboard chip sets. And of these 2, which one is better?

p35 has a better SB chipset, will certainly support penryn, OC's much better to my knowledge and isn't that much more expensive if at all.

What CPU do you plan on running? Going to OC? Price point? DDR3?These are important considerations.

P35 seems to be a simpler, higher performing board if you don't want SLI, otherwise you will need the 6XX series. P35 comes in DDR2 and DDR3 flavors, and a couple boards even support both (with 6 DIMMs).

Yeah I dont even know how to over clock a motherboard. But from what I take. Looks like the P35 is the chipset for me. But running 2 video cards in a computer would be nice too..

OMG... good thing I read the forums daily. Im planning to buy a p6n 650i sli-fi board but I guess I'll go with a p35 chipset..... The only available option right now for me is a p35 neo from MSI. Local retailers here in the Philippines doesnt have much to offer
