HD2600Xt GDDR4 Question

Hi there these are my specs

AMD Athlon 64 3800+ AM2
1 GB RAM DDR2 800
Albatron KM51PV
Sapphire Radeon X1650XT Ultimate

Just wondering if i should get a HD2600XT GDDR4 for DX10 And also wondering if there will be much of and increse in preformance in DX9 games like hl2 or doom3

Looking here http://www23.tomshardware.com/graphics_2007.html?modelx=33&model1=858&model2=734&chart=287 it doesnt look like much of an improvement. I would go with the 1950pro, itll outperform both these cards, and the 2600 wont really play DX10 anyways

um..anyone see those supposed eXtreme performance gains with AA using the 7.8 beta's? I would say get the X1950PRO you'll be happy with it like me, but if those performance gains are real it may be better to go with the HD2600XT.

2600xt has much more theoretical performance so if you trust ATI go with that

Maybe not extreme performance gains, but definately signifigant gains for the 2900XT. I don't know if that effected the 2600 as well.
