recommendation for memory

Hello

I need your recommendation to chose the right or better memory for my new PC.

I already bought Core 2 Duo E6750 2×2.66GHz 1333MHz

Which of the following will fit the best:

DDR2 1GB PC6400 (800MHz)
DDR2 1GB PC5300 (667MHz)

I saw that many users are talking about that it's the best when RAM:CPU is 1:1.
So will it be better if I chose PC5300 (667MHz) ?

I'm planing to buy 2 × 1GB of memory

If you don't plan to over clock at all the 667MHz memory should be fine. If you plan to over clock I would get faster memory.
