because I don't have a clue where to start!!

My current setup is

Asus A8N Premium, 4200 X2, 3x sata Raid5, 1x sata for extra storage, xfi audio
x1900xtx, 550w Antec truepower and all is well just now!

However, while I'm waiting for my hd2900 to get delivered I started thiking about changing
the rest of my setup and was immediately immersed in a world of confusion and doubt.

I'm buying a duo 6600 I know this much and 2gb ddr2 a long with everything else but I cannot
think for one second what motherboard to get!!!

I'm not in to oc'ing, not bothered about crossfire although the whim might grab me one day and,
I'm an old hat fan of asus so I've never had an ABIT or Gigabyte and not sure if I'm ready to jump ship.
I like the look of the ABIT AW9D Max. Got up to £130 to spend.
If anyone has ANY suggestions on what to get I'd be most appreciative.

And on the back of all that, I'm now baffled about the big difference between 1066fsb nd 1333fsb if there is any difference.
God, they don't make it easy!
