what is difference in GA-P35C-DS3R and the GA-P35-DS3R

i have decided to get this motherboard, but i have no idea what the diff is between the two, i plan on ordering later today with the rest of the components to build my new computer, so please help with the situation THANKS!

GA-P35C-DS3R from my understanding has both DDR2 and DDR3 ram slots (C - Combination) and the GA-P35-DS3R has only the DDR2 ram slots.

Yeah, that's it.

Get the P35C if all these are true:
- you expect to keep this mobo at least 3 years
- you expect to replace your DDR2 with DDR3 in a year or two
- you do things that require lots of RAM
