power color 9800 pro benchmark 3dmark01se to low

Recently i have bought power color 9800pro 128mb 256bit(2nd hand).then i tried benchmarking with 3dmark01se,doom3 and 3dmark03.but the result quite dissapointed me.i don't have 3dmark05 or 06 .before this I used geforce 6200a 256Mb 64bit.this is my second pc,my first one using pci e.

mobo epox with fsb 400mhz and agp 4x

doom3 :22.5
3dmark03 :5031

Geforce 6200A 256mb 64bit

3dmark01se :5010
doom3 :25.3
3dmark03 :2003

So my question, is 9800pro not compatible with 3dmark01se and doom3?why the result so low?pls help
