My setup is:

CPU - C2D E6600 OC'd @ 3.11GHz (1.34v) (Stock fan)
Board - eVGA 680i SLI SE / FSB - 1386
Memory - Crucial Ballistix 2GB x1 DDR2-800 (stock 5-5-5-18)
GeForce 8800 GTS 320MB superoverclocked

I want to OC my RAM, but I have no clue how to begin. Can anyone point me to a good tutorial or give me some advice? What can I get this up to? 900MHz? I fiddled with it and have it currently at 820Mhz 4-4-4-12T 1.95v. I want to shoot a lot higher, though.

DDR2-800 Ballistix does not run 5-5-5-18.....that might if you set your mobo BIOS to Auto. It should be 4-4-4-12 if I remember correctly.

If that's the stuff, it should hit DDR2-900 no problem at 4-4-4-12. That RAM should top out around 1070 or 1100 at 5-5-5-15 if you have a very good mobo with alot of subtiming tweaks.

So.......the beginner's answer to How to overclock your RAM? Increase the vDIMM and increase the FSB and/or change the FSB:RAM ratio. That's all it takes.
