Sata as slave

Hi
I am trying to find a way to reach and copy my files on my SATA (which does not boot) through my ATA drive. Which BIOS adjustment or jumper combination do i need?

The IDE drive should be set as master or cable select. It should be set as the first boot device in the BIOS. In the BIOS, the SATA drive should be listed as 2nd in the hard drive priority.
