Welcome loop on windows xp help!

Ran my antispyware; waited to reboot til I was done; rebooted and now when I click my user icon, it plays the welcome music, flashes to my icon page & then logs back off almost immediately. What the?????? Anyone know how to fix this w/o losing any data?

It's a problem with C:\Windows\System32\Userinit.exe.
