Changing XP Pro Volume License to OEM

Hello,

I work at a company that has a volume license agreement with Microsoft for x number of licenses. Before I started working here, the previous person in my position used about 20 of our volume licenses when he installed XP Pro on PC's that have OEM license stickers on them. I would like to free up some of the volume licenses in case they are needed in the future.

I know you can convert an OEM license to a volume license. But can you convert a volume license to an OEM license?
