Inverted Colors

I turned on my computer ad all the colors were inverted. I can not figure out how to get it back to normal.

Just Right click on your desktop, go to properties, Themes, and change your theme back to The one of your choosing

I tried that and all the colors are still inverted. I also tried updating video drivers and that also did not work. I am wondering if it may be my video card, because even when I open other programs like video games the colors are still inverted.
