Hello im wanting to build a computer to upgrade from my older computer, and im wanting vista and i dont want intel since the new amd's will be able to work on am2 mobo's, I really need to know is will all these parts work together without problems and also will i have to update the bio's to support the 6000+ or 5600+? and how will i do that? and will this all work with vista?

One more question how big of a diffence is there between the amd x2 5600+ and the 6000+? is it noticeable?

Should all work nicely and run vista. As far as updating the BIOS, you may and probably will need to. The simplest way to do this is after you've installed Vista, download the update from the boards website and move onto a floppy the site will have instructions on how to proceed from there.
Should really reconsider getting an intel processor, the core 2s are performing better than amd processors imo.
 
1_Chcek out Tomshardware charts for comparision , but overall 200mhz wont make much difference ,

2_For PSU ,i am not sure about StealthXstream ,

3_U can get a good intel system too , with that price (remember if u get P35 mobo , or many 6xx SLI mobo's , they will support Next gen Penryn (45nm cpu's ) ) :
